Monday: 9:30am - 5:30pmTuesday & Thursday: 6:30am - 3:00pmWednesday: 11:30am - 7:30pmFriday: 2:0pm - 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals including bulk cookingSupport Senior Chefs with daily kitchen operationsAssist with food preparation, service and general kitchen dutiesMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanlinessDeliver quality food service in a busy catering setting
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or similar roleSchool or large-scale catering experience is highly regardedStrong understanding of food safety and hygiene standardsReliable, organised and able to work effectively in a teamA Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
