We're looking for an experienced ICT Project Officer to join a Federal Government team in Barton, ACT on an initial 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension.
This is a 100% onsite role supporting end users across Australia and overseas, providing frontline ICT support and contributing to the delivery of reliable, customer-focused ICT services.Key responsibilities include:Providing Level 1/2 ICT support across hardware, software, networking and user accountsManaging and resolving helpdesk requests and incidentsSupporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environmentsAdministering Active Directory, Azure AD, devices and ICT assetsSupporting ICT projects, rollouts, upgrades and testingMaintaining documentation, knowledge articles and user guidesSupporting cyber security activities, patching and access managementTo be successful you'll have:Current Baseline Security Clearance (essential)Experience providing ICT support within the Australian Public ServiceStrong Microsoft on-prem and cloud administration skillsActive Directory and Azure AD experienceExcellent troubleshooting and customer service skillsUnderstanding of ITIL principles (desirable)
