You'll be trained across many facets of the business, so no two days look the same.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll be involved in:Selections — assisting clients through their colour and product selections, liaising with suppliers and showrooms, and keeping selection documentation accurate and up to dateGeneral administration — data entry, filing, document control, correspondence and supporting the construction team with paperworkWHS — maintaining safety documentation, SWMS,



inductions and compliance recordsReception — first point of contact for clients, trades and suppliers by phone, email and in personAbout youStrong attention to detail — accuracy matters to us, particularly on client selections and compliance recordsA warm, professional phone manner and genuine care for the person on the other endWell organised, able to juggle competing tasks and follow things throughConfident with computers and comfortable learning new systemsA team player who takes ownership of their workPrevious experience in construction, building or a trade-related office is an advantage, but not essential — the right attitude matters more, and we'll train youWhat we offerFull-time, ongoing position with a stable family businessBroad training across the business and genuine career developmentA supportive team that recognises and rewards good workLocal role — no commuting out of the area
