About the RoleYou'll be responsible for coordinating import and export shipments across air and sea, managing jobs end-to-end while acting as a key link between operations, sales and customers.This role goes beyond a traditional import/export operations position.
It offers exposure toa wide variety of cargo, including out-of-gauge, project, and non-standard shipments that require creative thinking and adaptability.You'll need to be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, adapting your communication style as needed, and confidently influencing outcomes where a better approach may be available.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end import and export operations across air and seaCoordinate bookings, transport, and all shipment documentationRegularly liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of processesEnsure compliance with customs and regulatory requirementsProvide explicit, proactive updates to clients and internal teamsIdentify, escape,
