We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable All-Rounder to join a small and supportive finance team based in Altona North.What You'll Be DoingManaging the end-to-end Accounts Payable functionProcessing and reconciling supplier invoices and statementsManaging supplier payments,



including foreign currencyManaging credit card statements and AP reconciliationsAssisting with weekly and monthly payrollProcessing timesheets and maintaining payroll recordsAssisting with general finance tasks as requiredWhat We're Looking ForSolid experience in Accounts PayableSome hands-on payroll experience or knowledgeConfident managing AP from invoice through to paymentStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable using accounting systems and ExcelWell organised with positive time management skillsSomeone who is happy working in a small team and taking ownership of their workWhat's on offer?
