The Logistics Operator is responsible for controlling the movement of goods into and out of the warehouse, from the receipt of raw materials through to the dispatch of finished consumer products.This role is vital to the business and supports both internal (manufacturing and engineering) and external (regional warehouses) customers.Successful candidates will initially commence in Dispatch, where they will develop a strong understanding of outbound processes before progressing through Packing and Stores.
This structured rotation provides exposure across the end-to-end logistics function, building capability and flexibility across the team.This role is responsible for ensuring parts and products are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
The work is performed in an air-conditioned setting and does not require heavy lifting.Key accountabilities include:Following relevant Quality Management System procedures to deliver quality products and support continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring all items are handled, stored,
