The Pendle Inn Hotel is located in Pendle Hill, NSW ****, offering a great work environment and the chance to develop your skills in the hospitality industry.What you'll be doingGreeting and serving customers in the bar and gaming areas with a friendly and professional mannerPreparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customersEnsuring the bar and gaming areas are well-stocked and maintained to a high standardProviding assistance and guidance to customers using the gaming facilitiesHandling cash and processing payments accuratelyAdhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol policiesAssisting with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the hotelWhat we're looking forMinimum 1 year of experience in a similar bar or gaming attendant roleA passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphereStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyMUST HAVE RSA & RCGTAB & KENO knowledgeFlexible and available to work a range of shifts, Mostly for evenings/overnight, weekends and public holidaysWould be suitable for some one looking for 25+ hours a weekPast Pub Duty manager experience would be a plusIf you are an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual, we'd love to hear from you.
