Robot Building Supplies is a proudly family-owned Australian business with decades of experience supplying quality building products across wholesale, retail, and trade markets.We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused team member to join us in our Dromana store.About the RoleYou will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive great service whether they visit us in-store, call, or place orders online.
Your day-to-day duties will include:Assisting customers with product enquiries, orders, and quotes via the counter, phone, email,



and websiteLiaising with internal team members including other branches and sales repsProcessing incoming goods and handling transfers and dispatchesMaintaining stock levels and monitoring inventoryOperating point-of-sale systems and handling cashGeneral sales support dutiesAvailability to work alternate Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 12:30 pm) and occasional overtimeWhat We're Looking ForA robust 'can do' attitude and willingness to learnGreat communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and proactive approach to customer serviceConfidence using computers and sales systemsPrevious experience in a similar retail or trade environment preferred.Why Join Robot Building Supplies?
