You will learn the art and science of baking through formal training, through one-on-one coaching and support from baking team.And learn from an owner with over 33 years in the trade.On site we have the latest machinery(retarder proover andBakers buddies)allowing later than usual starting times.
,3am/5am/6am starting times.Rotating and setrosters 3 weeks in advance allowing applicants to maintain their social activities and a more regular life style.Your responsibilities will include:Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needsMaintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakeryAssisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expensesProviding delightful customer service when requiredYou will also need to:Have a passion for bakingA positive attitude and thrive in a team environmentBe prepared to work hardAbove all , working in a fun enviroment were people enjoy coming to workTo be eligible as an Apprentice, you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
