We value respect, collaboration and integrity and we're building a team of support workers who share these values.Position: Casual Disability Support WorkersLocation: Tuggerah, Gosford & Central Coast AreasWhat You'll DoProvide person-centred support to participants in our SIL homesAssist clients with daily living needs, including personal care, social support and meal preparationMaintain participant records, daily shift notes and incident reportsFollow individual support plans, including behaviour support and medication administrationRoutine daily supportFollowing established proceduresEscalating non-routine mattersBasic household supportFactual note-takingTraining will be provided for medication administration as part of your role developmentEnsure homes are clean,
