What You'll Be Doing:Being the day-to-day support for our Senior Property Manager, assisting with a wide range of tasksHelping with property viewings, tours, and interviews with prospective tenantsCommunicating with residents and handling questions or concernsProcessing rental applications, running credit checks, and learning to negotiate lease contractsReporting maintenance issues and making sure properties are in top shapeHelping with budgets, rent collection, basic bookkeeping,
and tenant noticesKeeping files and records organized and up to dateWhat You'll Bring to the Team:A proactive attitude and a hunger to learnGreat admin, organizational, and tech skillsClear communication skills - written and verbalStrong time management and problem-solving abilitiesFriendly personality and great with peoplePreferably a Mac user (we use Apple software for forms)MUST have a car and be able to drive to propertiesAble to start ASAP (Be available Saturday mornings!)Contractor role: 1-2 days/weekFlexible days and hoursLots of room to grow as you gain more experience!
