About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the hospital.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.What you'll be doing:Delivering outstanding client care to patients and their ownersManaging client enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via emailSupporting the day to day appointment and admission scheduleCompleting general administration and clerical dutiesTaking payments and managing invoices and accountsEnsuring front of house areas are welcoming, clean, and organisedAssisting across different areas of the hospital as requiredWorking collaboratively with the clinical team to support exceptional patient careWhat We're Looking ForPrevious reception or customer service experience is essentialVeterinary industry reception experience highly regarded but not essentialStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills with a warm and professional approachConfidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloadA positive,
