This is a multi-department role and will see you working in both our front office and our housekeeping teams.Your Duties Include But Are Not Limited ToProviding a high standard of customer serviceProcessing guest check-ins and outsAccurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accountsCoordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodationSupply guests information regarding property and local areas of interestCompleting the day-to-day office administrationMaintain excellent relationships with the park teams,
