This position requires a proactive individual who can lead by example and wear many hats.What you'll be doingOverseeing daily venue operations and ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and proceduresManaging and supervising staff, including training and developmentMaintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene throughout the venueMonitoring customer service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionallyMaintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas of the venueResponding to emergency situations and managing incidentsCoordinating with management on venue performance, staffing needs,
