Casual Gaming & TAB AttendantCross Keys Hotel, EssendonThe Cross Keys Hotel is seeking an experienced Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our busy and growing team.We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, has a strong understanding of gaming and TAB operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.This is more than just a standard attendant role — for the right candidate, there is the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and progress into within the venue.What we're looking for:Minimum 12 months' experience working in a Gaming and/or TAB environmentStrong knowledge and experience with gaming machines, TAB systems and proceduresCurrent RSA, RSG and TAB Compliance CertificatesSolid cash handling skills and experience managing tills and cash proceduresA basic understanding of gaming compliance requirements and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
