Every interaction matters, and you'll play an important role in ensuring members feel supported, heard and cared for during what can often be a challenging time.Working closely with our Member Services and Claims teams, you'll gather information, prepare documentation and ensure each matter is prepared and ready to be handed over to our Claims Specialists.This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and coordination with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow within the business.What You'll Be DoingSpeaking with members over the phone and via email, providing professional and empathetic support.Preparing and processing claims documentation.Accurately recording information within our document management systems.Coordinating administrative tasks to support our Claims team.Delivering an exceptional member experience with every interaction.About YouWe're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others.You don't need previous insurance or claims experience,



we'll teach you that.
