We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join a business that lives and breathes great product — managing the critical path from order placement through to delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves structure, problem-solves under pressure, and wants to build a career at the heart of production and supply chain within apparel.The OpportunityWorking closely with the Buying, Design and Sourcing teams, you'll be the key link between the business and its suppliers — ensuring every order, sample and shipment moves smoothly through production, on time and to spec.
You'll play a critical role in keeping the range on track from order confirmation through to store delivery, while building strong, trusted relationships with local and offshore manufacturing partners.
This will start as an initial 2 month contract with the potential to extend into a permanent position.What You'll DoManage the production critical path, tracking key milestones from order placement through to ex-factory and deliveryLiaise directly with local and offshore suppliers and manufacturers to track order status, production timelines and shipment updatesCoordinate and track fit, proto and pre-production samples, following up on approvals and comments with suppliersRaise, amend and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy across quantities,



costings and delivery datesMonitor production timelines and proactively flag and resolve delays, quality issues or shipment risksMaintain accurate production data in the PLM/ERP system, including order status, specs and delivery trackingCoordinate freight, logistics and customs documentation in partnership with the supply chain teamTrack and report on delivery performance, highlighting risks and driving resolution with suppliersProvide general administrative and coordination support to the Production and Buying teamsBuild robust working relationships across Buying, Design, Sourcing, Planning and LogisticsWhat You'll BringPrior experience in a production, sourcing or supply chain coordination role within apparel or fashion retailExcellent organisational skills with genuine attention to detailStrong communication skills and confidence liaising with offshore suppliers and manufacturersComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with PLM or ERP systems highly regardedA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressureA team player who's equally comfortable working autonomouslyWhy This RoleThis is a genuine opportunity to build your career within a supportive team that values development, collaboration and hands-on exposure to the full production process.
