This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on role combining animal care with front‐of‐house responsibilities, ideal for someone passionate about animals and confident in client‐facing and administrative tasks.
This position will continue to expand/develop over time, with more focus on administration, client interactions and operational support.ABOUT THE ROLEThis dynamic position involves both back‐of‐house animal care and administrative/front office duties.

and is eager to grow with the role as our business evolves.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMinimum 1 year experience in a kennel, shelter, vet clinic (non‐negotiable).
Full Australian working rights.Current, valid driver's licence.Confident with computers and learning new systems.Physically fit and able to perform manual, on-your-feet tasks in a high‐energy environment.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Administrative or customer service background.Availability to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays, Easter, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.Preferred:Experience using booking software (Gingr or similar).
