shift types, and locations.Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routinesWorking in participants' homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needsAdministering medication and following detailed health support plansImplementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniquesProviding meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participantsCollaborating with clinicians, case workers, and familiesAbout YouWe're looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:Minimum 6 months experience OR Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirableExperience with mental health, personal care supportStrong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary settingExperience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence and insured vehicleIf you're passionate about helping people live life on their terms, we want to hear from you.
