We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to join the team at Drift Bar in Caloundra, QLD.
This is a full-time position that offers the chance to lead our bar operations.As Head Bartender, you will be at the heart of our hospitality offering, managing bar staff, overseeing service standards, and ensuring every cocktail and beverage is crafted to perfection.Key responsibilitiesLead the bar team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality beverages and exceptional customer serviceTrain and mentor bar staff on mixology techniques, product knowledge, and best practices in hospitalityMonitor wastageDeliver exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and handling any service-related issues professionallyMaintain bar cleanliness, organisation and equipment maintenance standardsWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years' experience as a bartenderExpert knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wines and beersStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop bar staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer serviceProficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systemsProven ability to work in fast-paced,
