We're known for the quality of our cleans and the exceptional client experience we provide — our goal is 750 raving fan clients in ****, and every member of our team plays a part in getting us there.As the Technician – Team Leader, your role will involve but not be limited to:Leading a small team on off-site cleaning jobs and delivering results to a high quality standardWorking by your self from time to time.Assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day operationsSetting explicit expectations of the clean with clients on-site, or via phone, email or text with clients who aren't presentFollowing our Moments of Truth process on every jobCompleting 100% of cleaning steps, checklists, WHS and paperwork accurately and on time without directionWorking efficiently to achieve hourly production targets, individually and as a teamOperating, caring for and carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting on our cleaning equipment and vehicles to keep jobs running smoothlyConverting completed audits into booked cleansContributing to our goal of 750 raving fan clients in ****Applications close Thursday, 3rd September with interviews on .
