Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way from pre arrival to departure process.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Group management - group reservations and room blocksCoordinate rooming lists, invoicing, payments and amendmentsGroup wash, attritions, block requirements, traces and follow ups with AgentsLiaise with Sales, Events and Operations teamsOptimize inventory,
