In this role, your priority will be to lead,supportand develop your teamof Room Attendants, creating a positive,respectfuland inclusive environment where people feel valued and motivated to do their best work.No housekeeping or resort operations experience is necessary.
What matters most is your ability to lead with empathy, build strong relationships and bring out the best in others.
You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring high service standards are consistently delivered.This could be just the right role foryou?
Keyresponsibilitieswill include:Lead and support the Room Attendant team, ensuring a positive,safeand team-oriented team environmentDeliver hands-on, approachable leadership,



coaching team members and recognisinggreat performanceSupport daily operations to ensure rooms and public areas are presented to a high standardAssistwith team rostering, onboarding and development of housekeeping team membersSupport the training and ongoing development of team members, helping build skills, capability and confidence.Respond to daily operational needs and support the Housekeeping Manager in driving team successFoster a culture of accountability,careand continuous improvementThis is a permanent, full-time position.
