The role will work primarily on the EH ICT Service Desk and includes acting as a primary contact point for staff requiring assistance from the ICT department.The position will report to the Service Desk Manager.About youAn excellent technical understanding of a broad range of IT systemsAbility to work effectively under pressure, as well as great time management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, can do attitude.The ability to work as part of a diverse teamPlease refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the contents/vaccine-preventable-diseases/covid-19.
