We are looking for casual workers.Opportunities include providing:In home support- assist with personal care including grooming and feedingCommunity support- help clients with household chores such as cooking and cleaning and arranging transportationSupport at our independent living complexesSocial Services- community outings and day programsCapacity-building programs- help develop participants' life skills, confidence, and independenceSupport coordination- help participants navigate services such as education, health, and housingWhat we seekDesire to work in community services in the disability sectorExperience working with a diverse range of peopleAble to build relationships with residents, their families, your colleagues and other stakeholdersHold a current full NSW drivers licenseHave or able to obtain a NSW NDIS Workers Screening checkPlease note:Weekend availability and the ability to complete sleepover shifts are essential requirements for this role.Desirable but not essentialRecent qualification OR studying towards one in Individual SupportExperience in Community ServicesExperience providing disability supports
