Ausmech Mechanical Services – Mount Thorley NSWAusmech Mechanical Services is located in the Mount Thorley industrial estate.This is a newer role within our business, as our light & heavy vehicle workshop is growing.Your role:Being the face of the service department & liaising directly with customersGreeting customers / Customer liaisonTaking service, rego check & breakdown callsScheduling in jobs for the workshopCreating job cards & allocating workLiaising with our parts department on parts required for jobsProviding updates to customers on work progress/additional work requiredGaining fleet approvals for repair workSubmitting quotes & estimates for work requiredAssisting with booking of plant and forklift repairs/servicing where requiredWhat we're looking for:A minimum of 2 years in a similar rolePunctual & able to work well in a small team environmentStrong knowledge of vehicle repair & maintenanceStrong computer, email and phone skillsExperience with Workshop Software, Autodata & Navigator is an advantage
