What is this role about

SIXT Australia – Vic & SA is seeking a self-motivated and Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Administration Assistant to join its back office operations based at its Dandenong Head Office.

The successful applicant must have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a team environment, high attention to detail, methodical thought processes, excellent customer service skills, great negotiation ability and a positive can-do attitude.

Working in a small team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:-





- Processing and management of motor vehicle claims
- Liaising with customers and insurance companies regarding vehicle accidents
- Processing claims with our largest customers
- Maintaining our claims management system and database
- Liaising with our stores to obtain information
- Developing and maintaining relationships with claims companies, insurance companies, repairers and solicitors
- Some debt collection and recoveries
- Flexible working arrangements from home available to the right candidate
- Other Ad hoc responsibilities within the team as needed.

Preference will be given to candidates with enthusiasm, effective communication skills (written and verbal) and possess professional telephone and writing skills.
