About The Role

- Casual Position
- Classification: Corporate Support Services Level 2, with an hourly rate range of $38.11 - $41.58 p/h including casual loading + Superannuation
- Location: Urgent Mental Health Care Centre, SA.

The Operational Support Officer will provide operational and administration support to the team and plays a key role within the UMHCC consortium, including assisting with referral and waitlist management, data recording, minute taking in meetings and performing reception duties. The Operational Support Officer will support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to consumers by ensuring that staff operating within the UMHCC are provided with office administrative support that is flexible and responsive to their needs.

What you will bring to the role?

- Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills and an ability to use initiative and work effectively to timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively while managing a range of tasks; and the skill to organise and prioritise tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm and flexibility, along with a commitment to team-work and a willingness to learn about Neami
- Proven ability to solve problems by collecting the right information,



analysing the information, developing a solution and evaluating the success of the solution

Mandatory role requirements :

- Neami National will require, as part of our condition of employment, that all candidates applying for any position must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (have received three doses), (or have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine and have a scheduled appointment to receive their third dose.)
- Candidates will be required to provide appropriate evidence of COVID-19 vaccination to Neami National.

- Current Working with Children Check required before commencement of work
