The role

Operational and administrative support for recruiting, onboarding and rostering processes, and our growing base of InLife casual support workers (Assistants) and full time Coordinators.

Key Accountabilities

Manage the employee onboarding process for all new Assistants,



including to:

- Liaise with new staff members to provide information on onboarding and induction requirements
- Issue new staff their contracts of employment and other necessary documentation
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the onboarding process
- Support new team members to meet individual compliance requirements
- Regular reporting on new staff induction progress
- Maintain organisational records and prepare regular reports on staff individual compliance with employment requirements

Provide operational support for rostering requirements, including to:

- Oversee the completion of the weekly roster approval process
- Coordinate and maintain the forward rostering process
- Liaise with current Assistants and the client coordinators regarding staff availability and roster gaps
- Ensuring that rostered workloads are compliant with our rostering principles

Provide operational support for payroll processes, including to:

- Efficiently respond to and resolve Assistant payroll queries
- Liaise with staff and the InLife Finance team on our quarterly superannuation payment process

To be successful you'll have

- Superior organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal




- Competency in understanding HR records management and rostering systems
- Capability in navigating relevant legislative and Award employment conditions and requirements
- A 'can-do' attitude coupled with an eye for continuous improvement

Additional requirements

You will need an NDIS Worker Screening Check or a Police check. This is a mandatory requirement before you can start work, which came into effect on 1 February 2021.
