Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a Operations support officer who has an eye for detail and is eager to learn, to join our dynamic team based in our Acacia Ridge office.

About The Role:
As an Operations Support Officer with Solar Service Guys,
you will work closely with the State Supervisor and Office Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the planning and scheduling of field-based resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Work for Field Teams: Efficiently coordinate and schedule work assignments for field teams
- Resource Planning and Allocation - Strategically plan and allocate resources,
- Communication with Field Technicians: Maintain clear and proactive communication with Field Technicians
- Customer Communication: Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and resolving issues
