Exciting Opportunity for New Grads: Podiatrist Placement & Admin Role

We offer a variety of roles within the Podiatry sector, from private clinic practice to aged care services.

Position: Podiatry Placement with Part-Time Admin Role
Location: SG Podiatry - Menai Clinic
Schedule: Flexible days a week (part-time)

Responsibilities:

- Podiatry Placement: Provide patient care under supervision, learn advanced techniques, and participate in patient assessments and treatments.
- Admin Duties: Assist with scheduling,



patient records, and other office tasks to keep our clinic running smoothly whilst ensuring stock levels are maintained, equipment is kept in good working order, and complete daily reports and handovers to staff.
- Clinical Tasks: Assess, diagnose, treat, and evaluate abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limbs. Provide diabetic foot care, footwear and foot care advice, biomechanical assessments, and customized orthotic treatment.
- Surgical Tasks: Perform nail surgery and general skin and nail treatments.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation and treatment planning procedures.

Qualifications:

- Near-Graduation Status: Expected to graduate in the near future.
- Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Solid Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage administrative tasks and keep track of details.
- Working Rights: Valid working rights within Australia.
- Working with Children's Check: Required.
- Vehicle Access: Have access to a vehicle and a current driver’s license.
