About the role:

The project administrator role is located within the Forms Management Unit in Policing Research and Reviews Division and is responsible for designing and developing forms that support and enhance the functions of frontline and specialist police, and Victoria Police support staff. Using Victoria Police forms design software, including Microsoft Word and Infopath you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop practical and efficient solutions for operational and administrative business processes.

You will provide advice and assistance to stakeholders and Victoria Police employees on technical issues relating to forms functionality. The Forms Management Unit is a small team, and you will be required to work both independently and with other team members as needed.

Your duties will include:

- Developing and updating electronic forms in line with InfoPath and Word design standards and Victoria Police Style Guides.
- Maintaining version control of all forms using relevant databases.
- Assisting Victoria Police members with functional and technical issues related to forms.
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders to provide advice on form design and development.
- Preparing reports, briefing papers and correspondence on form issues.
- Performing administrative duties within the Division as required.

As the successful applicant, you will have:





- Experience in the use of design software.
- An understanding of programme language for electronic form development.
- A knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and its advanced functions.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Requirements and relevant information:

- One (1) x full time, 12-month fixed term available commencing 3 July 2023.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
- In accordance with organisational policy, all Victoria Police employees are required to be fully vaccinated (including a booster vaccination) against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exception. As such your employment with Victoria Police is subject to providing evidence of your vaccination status.
