Working within a team orientated environment, you will take a hands on approach to managing the daily challenges of the companies modest rent roll. Supported by an experienced property management team, you will join a low stress office, working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Duties will include:

- Portfolio property management within a team environment (specific duties inline with your experience)

- Administration management, utilising PropertyMe, IRE and MS Office

- Liaising with tenants, landlords and trades

Requirements

- Have excellent people skills, punctual and reliable
- Possess strong organisational skills




- Be pro-active and quick to build rapport
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Own car and driving license
- Hold a Real Estate Certificate or be within the process of renewing/completing
