We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our Melbourne City Volkswagen team. This role is pivotal as you will be the first point of contact for our highly valued customers, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. Beyond traditional reception duties, this role requires delivering service that exceeds expectations for all our visitors.

About the role:

- Handling daily inbound calls and directing them to the relevant department
- Coordinating service and test drive bookings for customers
- Providing showroom support for the vehicle sales team and offering concierge services for all visitors
- Acting as the primary liaison with regular suppliers to ensure smooth site operations
- Regularly scanning and filing service-related documentation for audit purposes
- Providing general site administration support as required
- Permanent Full-Time role

Do you have?

- Previous experience in reception or a similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong IT proficiency
- A positive and energetic customer-centric orientation with the ability to multitask
- High standards of personal grooming and a "we before me" attitude




- Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
- A current Australian driver’s license
