About You
We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic recruitment consultant to join our expanding team! This role is ideal for someone who is looking to begin their career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required; however, we are searching for someone who has a desire to embrace the learning curve needed to succeed in this role.
Being a face-to-face role, you will bring your natural communications skills and passion for the hospitality industry. You are familiar with business financials and enjoy exceeding targets.
In your most recent role,
you have been at senior level and feel confident to attend regular team meetings with management. You have competent computer skills and systems driven.
The Role
Some of your duties will include:
- Sourcing suitable candidates for active roles
- Posting job advertisements
- Maintaining ongoing commutation with candidates
- Assisting experienced recruiters in your training stage
- Connecting with industry partners
- High volume daily email communication
- Internal and outbound phone calls to candidates
- Recording all commutation across Recruitment software
On completion of your mentoring and training period, you will be jumping on to a 'hot desk' with a multitude of fillable roles. This will accelerate your 360-recruitment career enabling endless opportunities for growth and success all round.
