Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator

- Macquarie Park Corporate Office, short walk from Metro Station

- Provide recruitment support in a fast paced high volume setting!

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Coordinator to provide recruitment administration support to our Recruiters and Hiring Managers in Aged Care. We hire a large volume of new employees every year - and we're growing!

This is a permanent full time position within an amazing team. Your energetic, tenacious and thorough approach will assist in your success!

Some of the responsibilities of this role will include:

- Coordinating and facilitating compliance and pre-employment checks for our new starters including NDIS worker checks, reference checks, police checks, evidence of working rights etc
- Liaising with recruiters and candidates, providing an exceptional service
- Recording all interactions with managers and candidates within our candidate management system
- Generating contracts & collecting new starter paperwork
- Providing support,



training and guidance to managers and administrators on Catholic Healthcare recruitment process and policy
- Maintenance and optimisation of our recruitment systems

To be successful in this role you'll have exceptional communication, interpersonal & customer service skills and the ability to guide candidates through the recruitment process with empathy, along with the following;

- Exceptional attention to detail with a highly organised proactive approach
- Previous Recruitment, Customer Service administration or coordinator experience - preferred
- Ability to learn and optimize recruitment & compliance data bases
- MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
- Solid organisational skills & the ability to multitask
- Evidence of Covid19 Immunisation including booster
