Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland government department to recruit a Project Management Support Officer contract for 6 months based at Nerang on the Gold Coast and working from home.

In the role of Project Management Support Officer, you will provide high level administrative support to the operational team staff. You will co-ordinate, maintain and manage project records within the Gold Coast management and coordinate and organise the delivery of essential administration services and information to both internal and external clients.

In this role you will:

- Provide accurate, timely and confidential support to the Project Management team.
- Including preparation and distribution of project and other documentation, project document control, supervision and maintenance of the project records management system.
- Assist in the completion of monthly reports in consultation with the project managers.
- Participate in operational plan activities and project work as required.

You will have:

- Background in PM administration would be ideal
- May need someone who is available to cross over with nightshift team, say midday start to 8pm
- on some days (to be negotiated).
- Robust skills in excel, word and any associated PM software they may have used




- Ability to research data and provide solutions
- Key tasks would include coordination of police, traffic control and various contractors.
- Applying for permits-Transurban, Light rail, CoGC road permits.
- Background in electrical or road construction industry could be advantageous.
- Excellent aptitude for various software and use/troubleshooting of electronic devices (iPads, iPhones).
- Software to be used will include GECO, Streams/Sims, AMMS, SAP and general Microsoft products such as excel, word, office 365.
- Ability to work overtime or afternoon shift if required.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Car license essential as a minimum
