The Opportunity

Life Fitness Australia has an exciting prospect for an experienced individual to join our National Sales Administration team at our Mulgrave, VIC or Chatswood, NSW office in a permanent full-time position.

This position would suit someone who is dedicated to providing comprehensive sales administration support and is also able to provide specific administrative support to the Sales Coordination Manager and Sales Representatives. Reporting to the VIC Coordination Manager you will be responsible for:

· Coordinating the sales administration process, from quote preparation to order placement

· Preparation of Floorplans & Layouts (Training to be provided. Programs include AutoCAD and Visio)

· Processing internal sales orders

· Assisting with database management

· Assisting with compiling various Sales reports

· Directly assisting the Sales Reps with some of their administrative tasks
