The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Officer who enjoys engaging with customers, and contribute to the team’s effort in driving sales success. This is a permanent part-time role with negotiable hours. You’ll be a crucial part of our sales team, handling inquiries, processing orders, and building strong relationships with our customers. This role is perfect for someone who takes ownership, has a sense of urgency, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries and orders efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare customer quotes and orders,
identifying opportunities to cross-sell products through technical information (training provided).
- Make outbound calls to connect with new and existing customers.
- Be proactive in communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up on leads and opportunities.
- Meet deadlines and prioritise work effectively, ensuring high attention to detail.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets and contribute to overall business success.
What We’re Looking For:

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in internal sales or customer service roles is preferred but not essential.
