We are seeking an experienced Production and Treatment Scheduler to join one of our government clients for an immediate start. You will be a crucial part of the team that will involve the scheduling and execution of the production processes requirements and achievement of compliance targets.

The Role

- Implementing, organizing and communicating production schedules
- Keep the production schedule up to date to ensure production targets are met
- Overseeing and improvement of production processes
- Develop and manage work plans, ensuring effective capture of outstanding work and backlog, helpful engagement with coordinators and managers and delivered within agreed timeframes
- Training provided

Experience Required

We are seeking applications from candidates who bring:

- Degree level qualifications in business administration, or related area, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a team environment,



to set priorities and work under pressure in meeting strict deadlines
- Highly organized - ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
- High level knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Works Management Systems, dispatch tools, as well as the ability to accurately record, manage and analyse data electronically
- Strong customer focus
- Effective communication skills and service delivery orientation
- Car and license
