- Senior Infrastructure Analyst role
- Temporary (until June 2024) full-time opportunity
- Parramatta location with flexible work options
- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $124,357 to $133,103 plus super and leave loading

Our Housing Supply and Infrastructure team within the Planning cluster is looking to appoint a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with a background and experience in contract management, GIS capability, spatial science, and infrastructure planning. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Manager in delivering a portfolio of grant programs provided for the delivery of critical infrastructure to support housing supply in New South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data driven infrastructure analyst to join a dedicated and highly regarded team together with significant prospect to be a key contributor in supporting the client group in the delivery of outcomes for the people of NSW. In this role you will

- Negotiate, administer and manage Infrastructure Funding Agreements in accordance with plans and program objectives.
- Communicate and negotiate with agencies, Councils, wider community and other internal and external stakeholders, advocating preferred actions to achieve overall objectives, particularly in regard to the delivery of state infrastructure.




- Ensure management systems are robust, auditable and continue to meet the needs of the Department through the development of program and project controls.
- Provide high quality reports, advice and recommendations on the economic and financial aspects of projects under the grants program
- Develop, implement and review policy as it relates to the day-to-day negotiation, administration and management of funding agreements and program delivery, in consideration with directives and programs.
- Contribute to the development of reports and other documents requiring application of professional knowledge and skills within the broader policy context.
- Provide analysis and advice on infrastructure implementation and planning matters to a wide range of stakeholders, including the Director, Executive Director, Departmental Staff, Government agencies, committees and interest groups.
- Manage the engagement and supervision of consultants, including preparation of project briefs.

Essential Requirements

- Degree in town planning, engineering, construction management, environmental management, property or a related field
