ABOUT THE ROLE

- Assist customers in the Showroom to showcase our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles to create their perfect pool/backyard area.




- Complete and process customer orders
- Liaise with the Warehouse & Production teams on stock and order fulfilment.
- Build and maintain on going relationships with our clients.
- Casual hours between 15-20 hours per week over Monday, Thursday, and Saturdays (with some flexibility on other days to cover absences)

ABOUT YOU

The Person:

While you do not need to have pool or tile experience, some interest in design or renovation experience would be advantageous. You will also…

- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Like working as part of a close knit team.
- Enjoy assisting customers to make the right choices for them.
