Based within our WA Operations, these full time roles will be on a 8:6 roster.

You will be responsible for general site Administration tasks along with managing our stores area, inclusive of loading and unloading of trucks with a forklift. We are looking for people who like earning good money, enjoy time off for your own adventures and want to expand their group of mates.

Key Responsibility

- Obtain site clearance and mobilisation of employees,



visitor and contractors to site
- Manage flights and accommodation for all personnel, visitors and contractors
- Maintain accurate roster for all personnel movements
- Accurately enter and balance production data and personnel hours
- Assist Project Manager with recruitment requirements
- Management of personnel employment conditions within Success Factors
- Competition of payroll including leave forms, cash out, adhoc related tasks
- Manage our stores area, unloading of trucks with a forklift.
- Participate and be active in workshop safety

Skills/Experience

- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role
- C class licence.
- Forklift Licence
- MS Office knowledge, Proficient in Excel and MS word should be intermediate to advanced.
- Ability to work autonomously
