We are looking for a Store Manager to come onboard and lead the team at our Tamworth Ampol store! The successful candidate will be experienced from a fast paced Retail environment. Must be able to multitask and prioritise with the reactive daily changes. Strong people, Inventory and attention to detail required with excellent communication and administration detail a must. Store Pride and Brand Ambassador leader qualities will be highly regarded.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guiding and coaching team members to ensure everyday excellence
- Putting customer service first, making every interaction personal
- Driving profitability and minimising costs, expenses and waste
- Managing priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-focused setting
- Must have previous management experience & full availability!
