AS A SYSTEMS ANALYST YOU WILL…
You will acts as the primary point of contact responsible for providing level 3 support services to internal and external customers in support of the operation of sgfleet’s portfolio of business applications. This includes a wide range of services that extends to administration, configuration, service request management, system upgrade tasks, process improvement and incident and problem management.
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…
- Daily, weekly and monthly audit and compliance administration tasks
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of escalated issues in support of application services
- New project handover management from development to support
- System configuration and system upgrades
- Monitoring configuration and regular monitoring level reviews
- Process improvement and regular process reviews.
- Task management in ensuring all tasks are managed according to service levels and are kept up to date with the required level of communication and commentary.
- Documentation management in ensuring that the required level of supporting documentation is created and maintained in the confluence wiki.
- Management of emerging issues, high priority issues, incidents or problems
- Define new and review and improve current process to optimize performance and improve service quality and outcomes.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
Essential
- Experience in IT Service Management.
- Advanced technical and analytical skills with the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and support application services.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL with some database administration experience.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting cloud services such as Azure and Office 365.
- Experience administering, maintaining and configuring monitoring platforms and monitoring technology.
- Experience with process management and process improvement.
- Exposure to .NET development language with the ability to read, understand and debug code.
- Understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle and Agile Scrum methodology.
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Atlassian toolsets (Jira and Confluence).
- ITIL v3 or v4 certified.
