Our client is an award-winning, Commercial Asset Management business. They are currently looking for a motivated, diligent and a fun person to come on board as a Team Coordinator to assist their team and clients from their Broadbeach office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and managing the contractor database. Ensuring that the business holds the current insurance, license and all correct details for each contractor.
- Using the induction handbooks and updating all information in Adept.
- Arrears processing. Keeping the Asset Manager accountable for returning the arrears reports on time.
- Documenting the conversations had with tenants on Adept.
- Raising any possible issues with the Asset Manager to make sure that they are informed of the issues at hand.
- Provide support and flexibility to the Asset Manager - make recommendations,



upgrades and improvements to the Asset Manager to better assist with the workflow.

Candidate Criteria:

- Experience in team coordination/executive assistance
- Exposure to real estate would be highly advantageous
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Take initiative and work autonomously yet collaboratively whilst assuming full responsibility for completion of tasks
- A qualified outlook and appearance.
