FARM MANAGER (Beef)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced farm manager to drive an innovative farming operation into the future.

The role is a hands-on position to lead all farm operations, develop and implement farm plans, ensure best practice in farm management via appropriate land use, mixing rations and supplementary feeding cattle, maintaining animal welfare standards plus manage and lead staff.

You will be working closely with the owner with opportunities to learn across the entire supply chain from paddock to plate for you to continually expand your skills in the production of premium quality beef.

You will be a leader capable of working autonomously to achieve desired outcomes and a outstanding communicator capable of strategic planning.





The person for this role will have the following attributes:

- Experience in the management of cattle breeding, calving, and weaning
- A background in supplementary feeding livestock will be highly regarded
- Analytical and planning skills for optimum land use and devising farm plans
- You will understand all types of cattle breeding systems (ET and AI)
- Leadership with the ability to communicate to all staff levels

We are located less than 20 minutes from the Murray River and Tocumwal town ship with all of the attractions the Riverina has to offer.
