Immediate opportunity for a seasoned HSE advisor (Civil background ideal) to join our site team at Kemerton.

As our HSE advisor you'll be the frontline visible support for our operational team and providing guidance to ensure compliance with our health, safety and environmental initiatives.

Reporting directly to the HSE Manager, this role comes with a competitive remuneration package.

Base + Uplift + LAHA - and a long-term project offer.

The Role

- Implement, audit and conduct inspections of site specific HSE management systems
- Assist operational teams in complying with the HSE Management system
- Develop and implement new HSE initiatives
- Compile and issue HSE based reports (incident reports, trends analysis)
- Communicate HSE requirements to project/corporate teams




- Support risk identification and management processes to ensure risk of work activities is reduced to a ALARP
- Conduct incident investigations and issue findings to project team and management teams as required

About You

Ideally you will have a trade background with the following qualifications, skills and experience;

- Diploma in OH&S;
- HLTAID003 Provide First Aid
- White Card
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Minimum intermediate level across the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Previous experience within HSE databases
- Incident investigation experience (e.g. ICAM, Taproot)
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of key stakeholders
- Emergency response experience
