AO3 Business Support Officer is required for a Government construction business

- $44.49ph + super
- Contract Term with ASAP Start
- Cannon Hill based with parking available | Close to public transportation

Intro Recruitment is working with a leading Government construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint a Business Support Officer to assist any requests and queries from various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Provide assistance and support in relation to work requests, work orders and data management




- Extract data from Software Programs respond to various report requirements
- Ensure data management is up-to-date and are put accordingly into various spreadsheets and systems
- Reviewing and updating budgets on work orders
- Assist customers with queries and their billings
- Establish a positive relationship with various stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc and data entry queries

About You:

- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in working with different systems/software programs
- High level of MS Suite Program
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and positive time management
- Ability to multitask and an excellent team player
- Experienced within the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors will be highly regarded
