The Role & Project:

Agile Group are seeking a Civil Construction Labourers & Plant Operators to join our team on a full time basis to contribute to key civil projects across Victoria. The position will be responsible for assisting the Project team in the first line of control, direction, advice, and support to the field contract delivery work force.

The role includes assisting in directional drilling, excavator operations, reinstatement works, cable laying and the installation of communications and power infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

- Varied labouring experience with a good understanding of the full range of civil tasks and activities;
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in working around plant operations and be able to work as directed with basic supervision.
- Punctuality, reliability and a level of autonomy where we can work you in with a team;
- Fit and healthy and able to pass random drug and alcohol screening as well as a pre-employment medical;
- A good attitude towards safety onsite; and




- A current driver’s licence and construction industry White Card.

To be Successful in the role we are looking for the following:

- Hard working, fit, confident and drug free.
- Willing to show up every day and get it
- Minimum C class manual drivers’ licence (not essential but preferred)
- Medium Rigid and Heavy Rigid drivers’ licences highly desirable (not essential)
- Construction white card (as a minimum)

What’s on Offer:

- Full time position with a base 40 hours per week
- Time and a half rate after 8 hours, first 2 hours Saturday
- Double time rates after 10 hours, Saturday and all-day Sunday
